As an exclusive insurance agent, we act solely on behalf of Sanitas S.A. de Seguros and never handle, collect or hold client premiums or payments — all payments are made directly by clients to the insurer. In accordance with Article 26 of Royal Decree-Law 3/2020, professional indemnity cover and financial guarantees for our distribution activity are provided by Sanitas S.A. de Seguros, who assume responsibility for that activity under the exclusive agency relationship.

The purpose of this website is to inform Non-Lucrative Visa applicants and prospective residents of Spain about private health insurance suitable for the NLV, and to facilitate quoting, application and policy placement. The website is not a contract of insurance; the binding contract is formed between the client and the insurer upon acceptance of the application.

If unresolved, or in the first instance with the insurer, clients may escalate to the insurer's Customer Ombudsman (Defensor del Cliente) per the policy schedule, to the Complaints Service of the DGSFP (dgsfp.mineco.gob.es), and to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

This Legal Notice and any matter arising from use of the website are governed by Spanish law. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Murcia, Spain.
